(...) to answer my questions and never seemed frustrated with me at all, and never pressured me to choose them. I found that Joel was honest and others were not! Not only do they offer different ways for you to get your training but they also hire on as a Broker Agent afterwards. This school is not expensive and does not have you overpay! I have been with them now for about a year and when/if I decide to go off on my own, I get to take my shipper database. I am also promoting my own business name not theirs and they are always available if I need help. Other places are more expensive and keep your shippers and send you on your way to start all over. If you are looking to get your Broker training, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO!
One of the best training that I’ve had so far. Very educational including hands on training. Staff is amazing, professors knowledgeable. (...)
(...) provide in the short time was outstanding. Being able to view and practice how freight is moved will make you very confident on what you are doing as a broker or an agent! Myself and my guest were very impressed with the layout of this program. The tools they teach you to use in this industry makes the job so much easier and quick with accuracy. I’m really greatful to have had to opportunity to meet and learn from the best in the business! Thanks to Ruth for all her efforts into helping us learn what is needed to know and guiding us in the right direction. To the rest of the staff... You all have been very inspiring. Everything that you have taught us will not be forgotten. I highly recommend whoever wants to be a broker or an agent, it all starts here! You too can be best in class once you take this course!

(...) professional and necessary course. Even before
attending I realized Mr. Dwinell’s knowledge of the industry is extraordinary and perhaps only a
few individuals in the business have the passion he does. I’ve never written a thank you letter
to an instructor even though I have taken over 100 courses in my lifetime. What drove me to
write this letter is the situation I am in, with little to no experience in brokering or trucking I was
about to take on the challenge of making it my career. Brokering has its share of potential
monetary risks and very few resources on what it takes to brokering freight without liability.
This was alarming for someone with a young family until I came upon the Loadtraining website.
It was immediately obvious the content and depth of knowledge Mr. Dwinell was providing as
head and shoulders above all trainings I had reviewed.
Upon reading the course manual I knew I was in good hands. I found the manual to be very
thorough full of relevant knowledge and well laid out. For someone with no first-hand industry
Experience, class attendance was invaluable for the real-life experience it provides. In all, I am
amazed and grateful for the professionalism all three of you bring forth. I’ll never forget Ruth
and her patience with students. The feeling I get from Ruth is she genuinely cares we learn
what is intended. The lectures and live training are engaging and well-paced. They are of a very
high quality and clearly the result of considerable thought and effort. Students are lucky to
have hands on experience and guidance provided by John. I was amazed how calm and
professional John was even when we made repeated mistakes. I thank him for that. I am in
awe of the humble, receptive and approachable demeanor all you carry.
All students past, present or future are very fortunate and should be grateful such inestimable
wisdom is available to us. I know I am forever grateful to all of you. My only purpose writing
this letter is to let you know I am aware that the content in your teachings is unique, very real,
detailed and done with good intent for all of those who take the time to learn it.
Thank you so much for everything.

Throughout your course, I was often reminded that to be successful in a an occupation that provides a service, "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" should always be "NUMBER ONE" in order to accomplish this goal.. I believe Mr. Dwinell's years of experience has equipped him with a program that is unique in his particular strategy in assisting the new agent in meeting this success.
I'm looking forward to putting Mr Dwinell's years of Brokering experience to use in meeting the needs of my customers.
I would be remissed if I didn't thank ""Ruth," "Joel'" and "Michelle" for their continual efforts in assisting me throughout this process.
(...) not the easiest to understand but i like it because it make you think and ask questions, that way its more affective i believe. If i would have a chance to go through the class again i would definitely do it, and by the way i sent my cousin to your class his name is John Focsa, he should call you guys and register for the next available class. :) Thank you much!!!
I just wanted to thank you so much for this wonderful experience. It was a great joy sitting in your class and listening to your lectures.(...)
(...) Before registering for your class I was a bit doubtful because I didn’t know much about you or your company but now I am delighted that I came. While the class did give a lot of information it is very useful information. Information that I can take back home with me. Information that will help me greatly in the start up of my new business.
Thank you once more and I wish you and your staff the best of luck. I do intend to keep in touch and let you know about the future success of my business (I will let my husband know what is expected of him).
Sincerely, Maria Cardenas Master Broker

(...) contrast it with David Dwinell’s Broker Office Training. Both courses were similar in the end price.
On arrival at the other broker school we were provided a book with an outline of the course to be covered. For 2.5 days we were lectured on the highlights of brokering and one half day of promoting some of the industries computer programs and various types of businesses that could be of use to us. We spent the fourth day practicing some of the computer programs and reviewing for the final test. On the fifth day we spent three hours on the final and then were dismissed. During the five days we were taught several things that if done, would be considered as being in control of the carrier/truck. These acts would subject the broker/agent to liability where none should have been, which is clearly against FMCSA regulations.
When you register to attend LoadTraining LLC, David sends you two text books (about 20+ hours of reading) to study before arriving at the class. This enables you to be ready to expand on the vast amount of knowledge David shares with the class. In this training, many more subjects are covered in detail such as: Marketing, record keeping, business planning, development of a rate matrix, negotiations, daily operations and how to run your business correctly without creating liability for yourself where none should have existed.
If you want to be a successful property broker or agent, then I recommend David Dwinell’s Broker Office Training in Youngtown, AZ.

(...) industry. Loadtrainig is a very well rounded class that gave me all the tools and confidence to reach out in the industry and be successful. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in starting their own brokerage or looking to get ahead in the trucking industry. Since our class in the beginning of May, I have been able to accomplish most of my business plan designed to get us rolling. I have established my company (Shipping Allies, LLC), set up the OP-1, Trust Fund and BOC-3. I have collaborated over 1,000 prospective customers in my sales diary, designed and printed my postcard to which are ready to be sent out. Fortunately I was able to jump-start my business and have brokered my first load one week ago. Once my postcards are sent out, I expect our trucking company to soar and my brokerage to skyrocket! Every step has been a learning process and I am grateful for what I have learned throughout your class.
Sincerely, John B. Rapczak
I would like to thank you for the knowledge that you and your class gave me. I now have 15 Tankers and 6 Van trailers of which I have 14 owner(...)
(...) operators pulling and my own truck pulling the 15th tanker. I found it to be more profitable to own the trailers and hire owner operators to pull them. I will be adding more tankers and van’s in the near future as the business grows. Besides contacting the shippers directly, Servicing the shippers is the key to success. (shipper is willing to pay for proven service) That’s why I would like to Thank you, because as I type this Thank you I am in the process of building a 80X140 heated warehouse for chemical storage and a 15 thousand ton liquid storage plant, and a new Office. This will enable me to service the clients (Shippers) That I haul for and help me service my customer base that I sell these products to as well.

(...) brokering. I know some people will say what is the big deal they are doing what they paid to do. I came with a little extra. I am totally blind and they took the time to teach me one on one. They took the time to show me excellent hospitality, they met all of my needs, they made sure that I arrived to school and took me back to my Hotel every day I was down there, they adapted to my needs of training by letting me use my own computer which has the JAWS program, they even took thetime to download certain programs on flash drives since I could not physically read the books. This school made me feels at home the whole time I was there. I learned a lot from this school. I can honestly say that I arrived there as a student and I left there a business man. I like to take the time to personally thank DAVID, BETTY, JOHN, JOY, MICHELLE, JOEL, and I will like to thank DARBY wherever he may be.
This is an excellent school and if I have any questions they are always there to help me. I love that TRUCKALOCITY FAMILY and I am honored to be part of it.
